I went there yesterday July 3rd to get my propane tank filled the guy named George had just got done filling someone he was closing the gate and when he seen me pull up he put his hands in the air when I brought the tank over to him gave him my tank to fill and tells me he can't fill it went back there the day after another guy was working filling the and I had no problem George should look for another job

I recently brought a home in Algonac and have purchased several products from this location and planned on purchasing more, however, I had to return some wasp spray because after spraying the nest twice they were still active. The wasps initially fell to the ground but apparent shook it off and went back to their nest. So I went back to return a product that was ineffective, now mind you this can of spray costs $4.56. so I was not returning it for the money and actually I was going to buy a more expensive brand in hopes it would be more effective. To my surprise the cashier took the bottle and disappeared. She did not tell me where she was going. She returns to tell me that because the product was used they could not return it. So I asked to speak to the manager that made this I'll advised decision to stand his ground for $4.56 bottle of wasp spray and because he did so he now lost out on several hundreds of dollars of future purchases I will have to make for the house. I believe there is training needed to understand how to make a profit. I don't know too many business that can afford to lose customers! Do better!

Great local store for small jobs lumbar and yRd needs smaller selection than big box stores . Very helpful staff will even load things into your vehicle.

The customer service is very good, the store is clean & well stocked, but the prices of most things are way too expensive. In my opinion, they take advantage of the fact that they're the closest hardware store for miles.

Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. I'd rather go lumberjacks for my hardware and wood than the big chain stores. Their wood products are a better quality and the hardware products are easy to find.

Cashier was friendly. Had everything I needed

No worker around to help me. Curly haired girl cussing by paint to other worker instead of offer to help me, Too busy cussing. Cashier casually eating an entire meal at register, too busy eating to help me. Walked entire store, no help. Finally found guy to ask question & asked what is going on, he said oh, we just had 3 people quit, we are short staffed. So, I guess that is their cue to eat full meals at cash register and cuss with people they work with instead of helping customers. I’m done with this place.
