These people lied to my father and said he needed a street address for General delivery. This is NOT TRUE it even says it on the post office website. Now he has to repay and resend it and this package was 2 day shipping vital.I would not take shipping advice from these people, check the website and if they refuse show them the website or get their names and report them.

Use to be so good.. Now you just wait in a long line forever and 1 girl only working and the boss (post master) comes out talks to her but never helps. When are they going to fix this problem?

I went in to renew my passport. The woman said they do not have the passport renewal form, but she directed me to a post office that does have them. She appears very knowledgeable, and it seems like she's been there a while because she's very laid back and kind when handling customers. I wish I had gotten her name for the purpose of this review.

Absolutely ridiculous how understaffed the front desk is. One person for 15 people in line. Workers in the back apparently had no access to the computers to help the line. People just left it got so long to wait our turns.
