“I can’t say enough about how amazing our experience was today! In the past we’ve bought cars form Victory Motors, so why we didn’t come back here originally I have no idea and could kick myself. My story goes like this…We didn’t have the best credit and heard Carvana would help repair your credit no matter how bad your score was, so we bought a car and thought “awesome we got approved and wow we got a good deal” and with less than one week of driving it I was like… NOT! It cost us $600, which was nonrefundable, to have it shipped to the house and when it arrived it was dirty, it had an odor to it, which one would think it would have a somewhat “new/used car smell” right and even more confusing when we drove the car and would break the car would shake. Seriously! It’s a new car. Did they drive it, did they actually clean the inside before sending it out??? They offered to get the car repaired and we were like “no thank you.” Caravana offers a 7 day return policy with no questions asked which is awesome so on our way to Victory Motors we called and returned it.So, long story short if you’re in need of a new/used car please stop what you’re doing and go to Victory Motors. They have 3 dealerships to choose from which is even more convenient. Today I drove off the lot with a new Jeep and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Brandon and Jessie for all your help and for doing your best to help us get the best deal possible. I definitely will be back in the future and will send my friends and family their way.”

“These are good people. I went out on a whelm and decided to give this Detroit lot a try. I was a little apprehensive, but their kindness and helpful attitude convinced me I had made the right decision. After having multiple problems with trying to obtain car insurance while at their establishment, they did not put me out. “Idk about the bad reviews but I certainly had a very great experience and would highly recommend turning In leases here all day ! I called them up and they offered me 3k cashiers check on top and they take the vehicle out of my name and purchase it outright. They ended up giving me 2500 which I understand because the windshield was cracked. But literally in and out with everything in under an hour. They even gave me a lift back home. So I would say if you want out of a lease definitely look into here might even make positive equity like i did.”

Causing the lack of, and absence of neighborly compassion-Jeff, the proprietor spent 30 minutes listening and offering knowledge to me. He does not know me. Has never laid eyes on me. And, my car cannot be repaired by him…He assessed my varied issues and outstanding mechanical dilemma. “I was honestly shocked at what an easy and pleasant experience buying a car from TCF was. I'm a new mom and was on the hunt for a specific vehicle. Living over an hour away, I was able to complete most of the process online and over the phone rather than sitting in a dealership for hours with a three month old. TCF streamlined the process so seamlessly that when Menachem told me we were all set I said "no way." The vehicle is perfect and exactly what I wanted but much more importantly, the customer service experience was elite.
