A retired Chrysler mechanic recommended Marshall’s. My 2014 Jeep Wrangler needed a new engine. Thank God I purchased a three year warranty that covers 100% engine repairs! What a relief, right? John had experience with this third party agency and
knew, immediately, I’d been “scammed”. I was horrified, but hopeful. John jumped through their absurd hoops. He proved that, according to my contract, the repairs were covered. Note: the warranty was written to intentionally confuse and frustrate customers, and even most mechanics just waiting for both to give up. John persevered, but the claim was denied. No worries- I’m taking the disgusting used car dealership to small claims. As a witness, John wrote a detailed, but clear, explanation to why the bogus warranty provider is 100% responsible for the repair costs. John, thank you for the extra effort-we’re going to get these guys! I won’t take this beat up Jeep anywhere else.

My exhaust pipe clamp became lose and dropped my post cat pipe to the ground. I do not have a welder at my disposal today, so I had to take the car to be repaired.
First they were super pleasant on the phone. Next they had a spot and got me in the door as soon as I got there, guess I was lucky.
Upon arrival I was greeted by an eager gentleman who got right to it. Asked for my keys and my car was in the air in minutes. They brought me back to actually show me the two issues which were not exaggerated. They made true statements. Told me the price right there while under the car.
Whole job in my case took about 45 minutes.
If I ever have something come up I will be going coming back here.”
