I found Tuffy and was able to get right in, they found a small nail and plugged it fast and for no charge, and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. “Always have had great service here, even before it was Pep Boys. I'm updating my review just to add that they recently did a brake inspection for free; I ordered special brakes that weren't cheap online and I swore the front rotors were warped. Sure enough they were after Pep Boys inspected, and the company is sending me a new set. Pep Boys inspected them for free, and I'll be definitely going to them first for any future paying jobs as a sign of my appreciation.”

“First impressions mean everything to me, and my first experience at Skips was great. I’m not sure if I spoke with the owner or manager, but both employees were very nice and greeted me warmly. I explained that I had just bought a cash car and wasn’t feeling too confident about it because my heater had stopped working.
Instead of brushing me off or guessing, he told me to just keep a positive mindset and bring the car in so he could personally check it out. I appreciated that he didn’t try to take advantage of me or make me feel like just another number. The vibe I got was genuine—like he actually cared about making sure I was taken care of.
I wasn’t able to come back the next day, but I will definitely be back to have them check out and service my car. They seemed very knowledgeable, and most importantly, they were kind and sweet. I really look forward to working with them.”

And suddenly comes the moment that you have to get someone, who will resolve a mechanical problem with your car…
If you run into bad people and they recognize your ignorance, they will feel free to manipulate you and cheat on you (such common these days)!
Then the most important thing is to find someone trustworthy and honest, someone who will do it for you the same way - no difference - the big genius or ignorant you are…
And I found such place! Classic Automotive Repair in Sterling Heights!!!
All those guys - in customer service - Gus and Steve, all their mechanics - are like from exemplary, excellent book story.
They are very knowledgeable, but considerate, tactful, modest and very professional and friendly at the same time!
They create the atmosphere like you are among friends or family members. They explain to you all meander around your vehicle in the way that everyone can understand! There is no even one second that you could think that they want just get money from you and make business on your misfortune!
All those guys are presenting the highest skills in aspects of professional knowledge and also difficult dealing with disoriented individuals like me! Their honesty was many times evaluated and confirmed many, many times!
It’s not a coincidence that they are in business 36 years!
