I used to go to staples to have all my families computers worked on by an employee name Jeffrey Harris. If we needed new or any upgrades he would be the person we would go to. He no longer works there and I no longer to Staples for computer work. When I stopped by the store lately I had a hard time finding someone to help me and the store was, what I would say, messy and unclean.

Lady at counter didn’t want to help me. There was only two people waiting in line including myself. The two people at the cashier was a young man and this old lady. The old kept making herself look busy and didn’t want to help me. I just kept staring at her and eventually she came up to the register to attempt to help me.
Told her I’d like to start a print job. She said she can’t help me as ALL printers are down.
Obviously she doesn’t know how to work them. Had to go all the way to walled lake staples to get the job done.
“Ask me what’s possible”, obviously impossible for her.

I went to staples to purchase ink cartridges for a printer. Cashier was young and very helpful. His attitude was very positive and ready to provide fast and great customer service.

Had to stop into Staples for some copies which we sorted quickly but while we were there we ran into a challenge unrelated to the store but that they could support with and Khadijah was so helpful - she went above and beyond and I am so grateful. Thanks for your excellent customer service!

Horrible experience I was holding my daughter and the printer wasn't working properly and I asked the two employees that I'm having issues and the black girl with glasses seemed she was too occupied to help. Mean while I'm holding my 4 year old she fell asleep while waiting. My arm was giving out and then I got upset and changed my mind is when the white guy decided to help. I'm never going back

Jeff is the most helpful manager and always takes great care of me and helps me find good deals for our kids in the schools. I appreciate his personal touch and kindness he shows everyone making Staples a wonderful place to get our supplies!
