I sent in a photo and the sample was created the same day. I was able to receive my product in just a couple of days in time for the big retirement party. Approval and payment all done on line. “Ever have "one of those day" where everything goes wrong? I was running errands and hitting snags at every stop. My last stop was at FedEx. According to Levi's, the jeans I was returning required nothing but a quick scan. Yet, when I arrived TERESE, the polite associate said the return required the poly bag they were shipped in. I could buy a poly bag, but the Levi's return was free and I only lived a mile away, so I told the associate I would go home and retrieve it. She apologized and I proceeded to leave the store. As I was about to exit the store, she caught me and said I didn't need a poly bag after all! (As soon as I left, she looked into the matter and discovered the instructions I got from Levi's were correct) FedEx, you have a stellar associate in TERESE. I hope she is recognized for her OUTSTANDING customer service!”
