So we were waiting in the drive thru behind one car for 10 minutes. Finally got sick of waiting drove around parked , went inside and was told I would have to go outside because of being over capacity. Drove back around same car in drive thru. ???. You better have an hour to kill

Banked there for almost 20 years. Most of them know me by name and are always friendly. People leaving comments about slow service are forgetting that Quality service is better than any other kind of service.

Slow at drive through. Took 10 minutes for basic transaction

Went in there to get a cashiers check and told the girl I needed my statements showing that it has been withdrawn. She gave me my statements and it did not show the transaction even coming out that she had just done. I went in there with my debit card and account number and they told me that they could not help me because I didn't bring my ID. This place is super slow and unhelpful. Will 100% be taking my money out after my closing.
