Stopped in to just get a new cabin and engine air filter. Anna was great! She was approachable, courteous, and overall a great help. O’Reily’s has always been the best around. I’ll be coming back for sure. Thank you Anna!

Stopped in today to get a check engine code after being turned down elsewhere. Glad auto zone turned me down though because Stan was so awesome, helped me out right away and set my mind at ease about the problem and its severity vs my two hour drive home. I unfortunately didn’t need to purchase anything but I’m sending every one I know on the east side to this store because a really nice guy took time out of his day to help me and did a great job!

Kudos to LARRY at O'REILLY's Auto Parts! He greeted me with a friendly smile when I entered the store on 14 mile. I needed a battery & he quickly got his battery tester & proceeded to check out my 2018 Ford Explorer battery. He confirmed that the battery was bad and he would normally install the new battery for no charge, but there was a problem. The right battery terminal was corroded and needed replacement, which he could not do. The terminal costs $16, battery was about $235. I just stormed out of DEAN SELLERS FORD because they wanted to charge me $1,100 for the same job. Larry was very helpful & accommodating. He said he knew a mechanic who could install the battery terminal down the street & gave me his number. Larry also said he would not care if I purchased the battery from O'REILLY's or the mechanic. Well, I had to spend money at O'REILLY's after Larry was so nice to me. The battery replacement and terminal repair ($45) took less than an hour. Long story short, Larry is an exceptional employee & O'REILLY's should be proud he works for.... O, O, O, O'REILLY's AUTO PARTS! OW!!!

I will never come here again for anything. Came in recently with a question and the two guys behind the counter would hardly listen to what I was saying. They kept asking me the same questions over and over even after I explained everything to them, and the tone they used was as if I was dumb and should just know everything already. One of the guys even made a comment implying that the shop I take my car to for repairs may have done something shady - with absolutely no proof. My mechanic is honest and would not do what that guy was suggesting. It was offensive and so unprofessional. Never again! Have a little respect!

I walked in and none of the 3 employees greeted me. One was in the phone but the other 2 looked at me and walked to the back. I waited about 5 minutes, then the 1st employee asked what I needed. When I explained what I wanted, they were very dismissive and said my item was not 'needed.' Well, to me it was and this option was not needed! After two unpleasant interactions, I opted to leave and visit a different auto supply store.

Bought some lisle torx bits here a few years ago, tried to warranty a t55 that broke/chipped on some gm brake caliper bolts. The nice person behind the counter searched saying "everything since Murray's auto should be in the system" Well my lisle torx bit purchase wasn't, neither was my 305 long block purchase, but they did have just about everything that isn't able to warranty. Ace hardware replaced was able to to warranty all of my craftsman tools despite not being purchased from there.

I went to buy at that store and they treated me very badly. I asked them questions about the products and they answered me in a very bad way. I definitely do not recommend this store. Very bad service.is at the store at 1015 W 14 Mile Rd, Clawson, MI 48017
