“I’ve purchased whiskey barrel wood from Off the Wagon / MCB for a few years now. Friends and family are always asking what it is that I’m adding to the wood that smells so damn good! Adding this to any fire pit makes for a boost of smells filling the air and fun times. We often add half of the bag to make it last longer, but if you add the entire thing it’s a blast of awesomeness hitting your nose. Enjoy! At time of this review a bag will run you $6.”

“This store was great! I needed some Annie Sloan chalk paint and they are the closest retailer to me. I was a little bummed that I couldn't return any unopened cans of paint but the owner asked where I lived and offered to deliver paint to my house if i needed. i decided to still buy an extra can because I know I'll end up using it somewhere. I also found a great piece of metal art there. I love refinishing old furniture pieces myself, but anyone that wants restored furniture without having to do the work can find wonderfully refinished pieces here.”

They prepare everything for you before arrival and sort of help and check in through the process. Anyone can do these projects and walk away with something uniquely made.”

“My wife and I were looking for a fountain for our home. We went to Decor Statuette on a Saturday at 2:45 pm. We thought they closed a 5:00 pm not knowing they actually closed at 3:00. So, we arrived only 15 minutes before closing. When we walked in, we were greeted by the nicest young lady Nina you could ever imagine! She was so pleasant and knowledgeable. We apologized for coming in so close to closing and she assured us it was no problem and to take our time. We found a fountain we loved and asked questions regarding it. She was so helpful. We ended up buying it and having them deliver it and set it up for us. Nina went over in detail the care and maintenance of the fountain as well as the winterizing process. The delivery was right on time as scheduled and installed perfectly. I can’t recommend Decor Statuette enough. Thank you so much! And keep up the great customer service.”
“Let me start off by saying, we didn't buy a single thing from the store. HOWEVER, our experience while shopping was absolutely perfect from start to finish. After a long day of shopping at box stores with pushy sales-people, we were greeted by Julie, who gave us a quick lay of the land, served us a sparkling water and sent us on our way to browse solo (much appreciated). Buying furniture is such a big decision/expense for most and while much of what was in the store (drool-worthy, hand-crafted pieces) was unattainable for our budget, we were treated like anybody else. At the end of our shopping, Julie gave my partner and I a much needed pep-talk on purchasing & furnishing our first home, reminding us to take it slow and be deliberate, to save our money for those pieces we can't live without but not to rush. It was such a breath of fresh air and honestly we both nearly teared up at the relief we felt. We left with a picture of something we wanted to save up for and plan to visit Julie again once we're settled in our home. Genuine people like Julie, or even genuine interactions with people like Julie, are so rare these days. Especially in a sales scenario. Thanks, Julie. You don't know what that meant to us.”
