My wife and I have been a patient here for ~15 years with my kids the last few years as well. I usually see Candace (hygienist) who is just the best. The staff are all great to work with. During a recent bit of work on my nervous 7yo, the dentist and hygienists were all firm but fair with him. They had good patience but my son wasn't following instructions that caused a lot of re-work during the procedure. I think they handled it very well, were respectful and empathetic during it. I may have to move dentists due to us living much further away now but I really don't want to because I have zero issues with them other than the distance to our new home. :(

I have had a lot of dental work and today I had Dr. Gannon work on a tooth and he was gentle and explained everything as he went along. The numbing shot did not even hurt. I will definitely come back to him. Thank you Heritage Dental!

I was so scared since it's been years since my last cleaning but they made me extremely comfortable! They hygienist cared a lot for me and made sure I was in as little pain as possible

Been here twice now, seen the same hygienist both times. She's always friendly, works quickly, and is very thorough. She never pokes around deeper than necessary (unlike my previous hygienist at Dr. Parthum's - poked with tools and bleeding with every swish - had to assume that hygienist was legally blind). Dr. Inez is very approachable and honest about my dental needs, never pressuring me to accept non-essential services and giving me time to think about next steps. So glad I found quality, consistent care in my neighborhood.

As someone who gets a cavity just walking down the candy isle, I am no stranger to dental work.
