I needed wood seat bases and foam for an outdoor chair project. The product is excellent product and the service was timely. It was seamless and quick to send in the template and receive the product - less than an 10 day turnaround. The customer service team also reached out proactively to confirm I wanted the amount of foam I had ordered and offered to send me the extra. This is a great service and great product for people who can't DIY plywood for projects. I will definitely order from them again when needed!

I have now ordered 3 items 3 different times. I absolutely love the "Premium Medium Foam". It has been a life saver. My bed is to hard but due to hip and arthritis issues memory foam is to soft. I felt stuck with a hard bed until I tried The Premium MediumFoam. You just melt into it but yet it is supportive.

If you are looking to replace your furniture cushions, We would recommend that you pay a visit to Foam N' More. They are local to Michigan and located in Clawson, close to Troy.
We bought an outdoor set from a big box retailer in late 2018 and the seat cushions absorbed & retained so much water that we could not use it for days after a rain. They also lost their firmness completely.
While researching online, we came across this business. They were super nice, provided directions & suggestions. We placed the order online. These cushions were the tricky T shaped cushions. They custom cut the dry fast cushions and even inserted them into the existing covers.
The cushions look and feel brand new.
They have a huge selection of foam & fabrics to fit any indoor/outdoor projects and any budget.

A few weeks ago I received a quote to reupholster a piece of furniture, put down a deposit and believed that would be the end of it until I received word that my order was ready for pick up. Only to receive a call later from a woman telling me the price changed and that I needed to pay more money or else they wouldn't work on my chair. I paid 50% on the agreed upon price and now this woman was trying to tell me they could just change the price? Very concerning. But I received a call apologizing telling me not to worry but I cannot help but wonder if they will withhold furniture from me. When I pick up my order will I be paying more than what was quoted?

Called the day before and was told via phone we can drive down from Lansing (hour and a half drive) to drop off our cushions, and that they close at 4pm. Was instructed to bring the cushions and we'll drop them off because it's a multiple-day process. No problem.
Walked in at 3:32, was told they're too busy, and to come back before 3:30 tomorrow. I told the woman I drove from Lansing to get these restuffed, and I spoke to her on the phone earlier. All this little braniac had to say back was "not much I can do for you."
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to restuff a couch cushion, so I don't know why I expected someone with a higher than 4th grade reading level to be working the counter.
I highly recommend buying foam from Hobby Lobby and just stuffing your cushions yourself. They'll feel the same and your IQ won't noticably decrease after dealing with these neanderthals.

We had 3 sets of chair seats and backs that needed new foam inserts. We met Bridget at the desk and she explained our option including letting us try different types of foam to match our comfort for both me and my wife's sizes and we did decide to get 2 different seats that match our personal needs. We never even thought about 2 differnt squish types. Then we were told it would be a week or so to get the seats back but they got the 3 done in 1 day!
Excellent customer service like you won't believe.

Horrible staff , probably hardly finished high school. False advertising . Paid for Lux Firm but I was given subpar foam .Told me they would give me 20% back but gave me $48 on $440 total paid. The counter service woman is mentally challenged. The place smells like dookie and dog food . Avoid.

Called to see what I should do to replace the foam in my couch cushion. They said bring it in and they’d measure it and have it ready the next day. Drove from work in Commerce Twp. to Troy to get to this place by 4:00, which is when they close. They refused to help me at 3:57 p.m. and said I’d have to get there at 3:00 for the measuring process. So basically, if you cannot get to this place by 3:00, don’t bother. So frustrated w yet another brick and mortar and inaccurate information.
