Average selection of items that you might see in most "dollar stores", but the stock appeared low. The employees were attentive, but the store could have been cleaner.

Great variety of items from school supplies to gardening supplies. Though it is a shame that The Dollar Tree has changed to $1.25 and sometimes even $5 and $10 items. Though it is a bit cheaper than other big stores. However, the company should definitely consider bouncing down their prices considering their name brand…anyways, the store was relatively neat, nice employees, could use some more organizing but, overall, I was able to find the items I needed and even more.

Tiny dollar tree…. Had to go to the ones near my house in Warren to find the good stuff. There was so many boxes everywhere I could barely move around the store… Cashier who cashed me out was in her own little world worried about other stuff…… The word chaotic comes to mind

I was just there and the lady who may be the manager who is white talked so disrespectfully to the older black female working the register that I. Spoke up. I expressed our that she was rude. She did not have to talk to her like that and that she should be more careful as she talks to people and mine for the who's around because. You never know who can hear You..

Boxes all over the place. In Clawson. I feel bad for them.

I was at this Dollar tree about 45 minutes ago. I had to wait until I calmed down so that I could write a non-emotional review.Usually I really have a lot of good things to say about this location. But the lasts three visits it's been really disheartening. After today I will go out of my way and go to the other Dollar Tree's in the area. The shelves in the store have been bare, the selection on everything has declined since before Christmas. The store has been un organized and product is just shoved where ever they can fit it. And I find myself searching in areas of the store that are unexpected.Today a gentleman a head of me had a basket full of items, I had 4. After she flirted with him and he left, she bag my for things and said "hey will you put that basket by the door over there, in a low snotty voice".1. You should never ask a customer to do your job especially rudely as though your entitled.2. Then after she was done being rude to me she walked over and continued to gossip to the cashier while she was checking out items on the conveyor for other customers.I wonder if this location is closing? There is always boxes and empty boxes, left all over the store, it's really unorganized, usually stores where the employees don't care about it that means the location is closing down?

We noticed many items for $5 and $10 dollars. The cashier informed us they are changing over to a Dollar General. Some of the selection has changed They just haven't changed the signage yet. Still the same old huge parking lot and I assume the same rude workers. Different packaging is on the way. Things won't be $1.25 anymore, called it progress. 12/23

Watch your bags especially during the holiday season. I bought quite a few things only to make it home later after all my shopping to notice I’m missing a whole bag of items. I was greeted by Eileen whom also rung me up she forgot to give me my bigger items which was a mistake but inconvenience to me. When I came back the manager was not helpful and look at me as if I’m lying about my items I advised her to watch the cameras back to confirm since Eileen is not in.. she says just go find the things missing because I don’t have a solution. As I’m walking back to get my items she yelled here it is.. after telling me no bag was sat to the side…no apology or anything just hand me the bag and walk back into the office…JUST MAKE SURE YOU WATCH YOUR ITEMS BAGGED

The cashier, Patty, forgot to give me one of my bags after check out. It had to be a large bag because it was filled with 5 long tubes of ornaments. I called when I got home and the manager, Nancy, said she had no clue and almost left it at that. Finally, after much thought, she said she didn't see any bags but suggested that maybe the cashier gave it away to a different customer and to call back in the morning. Called back the next day several times and the manager is not even working. I will call it a loss but won't go back to that location. I think the cashier just kept it because seems silly to think she wouldn't notice it on the little area or to hand it off to someone else a bag just full of the tubes. She definitely didn't give it to the people behind me because he was only buying a card (she was busy talking to him while ringing me up) and the people behind him had just a few items. Boxes were everywhere and you couldn't get down the aisles. Only 1 lane open with a long line until a grumpy, heavyset lady finally comes out of the breakroom to call someone up. Save yourself the hassle and go to a better run store.

This store is a mess!!! Mostly rude workers who act bothered you are shopping. Long, long lines with workers wandering around. Boxes filling the aisles so don't plan on being able to get to anything. Very warm in this location. Be prepared to wait.

It's so sad to read through other reviews and remarks about prejudices and racism. I went to this location yesterday with my partner and the elderly cashier woman yelled "we close at 8pm" as soon as we walked in and I immediately felt unwelcome. No "hello" or anything. I was so confused. It was only 6:50pm. She did not yell this to anyone else who entered AFTER us (the only visual difference was that the people entering after us were all Caucasian). Actually, she was quite kind to everyone else except us.The Dollar Tree was clean and well stocked but shame on the manager(s) of this location for letting these racist behaviors continue to slide despite ALL the reviews. I was going to leave 4 stars but leaving 1 star because I was hoping this was an outlier experience, and it appears to be the norm at this location.

Running errands this morning and Dollar Tree was on my list. They had everything I needed. Thank you very much. Although I don't remember her name, but the cashier who helped me was very kind and friendly. She didn't just point to an aisle, she actually walked to to what I needed. I really appreciated that. Thank you Dollar Tree.
