How the hell are yall a big corporation and major pharmaceutical center but not able to get power up and running in a day? “No power no purchase” is bull! People need medications, this is ridiculous.

Used to love this place for its close proximity to me, as well as its cleanliness and ease of operation. But at my last visit, I called ahead to the pharmacy to ask if they had walk in availability for the minute clinic. The first phone call they left me on hold for 15 minutes, then hung up on me before I could say anything. The second time I called, they picked up much quicker and they told me yes over the phone, that walk ins were available. I get there, wait 15 minutes for the minute clinic only to have the nurse there tell me they have no walk-ins available…so I decide to leave and get some OTC medication for my symptoms, and I use the self check out, where I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for someone to assist me with “age restricted items” because they only ever have 1 person working the front. Poor experience, rude staff.

I love this CVS. They are all so helpful and nice. From the nurses to the pharmacists and assistants they all go out of their way to help. They even give treats for dogs when they go through the drive through with their humans!

I came in looking for a face scrub that I used to use. When I couldn't find it I asked the young woman for some help. She was quite busy at the time, vacuuming (looked like something spilled) and helping the cashier.
Regardless, she looked at my face, discussed a few options and recommended the Cetaphyl Daily Face Rub. She didn't just say, "Here use this," she explained why she recommended it.
Her recommendation was great, I love this brand, even more than the brand I was using.
Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. She is a hard worker, friendly, and helpful.

Meds ordered one week ago, no updates, cannot tell me if backordered or just waiting for shipping, cannot give me an estimate of arrival, cannot tell me the cash price, not willing to call other pharmacies. I miss rite aid. The customer service was much better. Service is impersonal here.

Called MinuteClinic regarding incorrect charges for flu and CIVID shots. The only way to contact is through the Minute Clinic call center. Stayed on hold for 2 hours before hanging up. Tried the next day twice. Stayed on hold for over 30 minutes each time before hanging up. Ultimately, the call center is useless. No one answers. So disappointing. I’ll have to physically go to the Minute Clinic to resolve my issue. BTW…..talking to the Pharmacy also does not help. I was told they have no connection to the Minute Clinics.

Everytime I go to CVS at 14 Mile and Crooks the bottle machine is full or not working. Then they don't want to empty it. So it's a waste of a trip. I walk a block to CVS so it is convenient. Rite Aid across the street is as bad so I have to drag the bottles and cans back home.
