Pharmacy is incompetent. Never had a good experience, and have given it plenty of chances. Avoid and go to the location on crooks and 14 mile.

This is an Amazing store and the staff is kind and friendly. I really appreciate them and the great customer they provided me when I come into the store. Their are 2 people at this located that always goes above and beyond to provided me great customer service with a smile and that is the Manager and Faiza. I would recommend this locate if you are looking for personable and kind customer service.

The pharmacist does not care about you your health or your time. I’ve been to the pharmacy twice and it always cost me way more than it should and the people that work. There are very unpleasant. I would highly avoid this store.

CVS on110 N Rochester Rd in Clawson Michigan on January 19 2024 at about 6:15 pm. Stranger Alert- A man went down the aisle where my 14 year old niece was and just stared her down,then a woman came and said she had candy for her mom(me) and my niece but it was sitting on a piece of paper My niece walked away and joined me again and l noticed the woman kept watching us and she was pretending to check out on the self serve register My niece ran to the car where her grandma was a and the 2 people walked out of the store I told the shift manager named Susan she laughed and said she didn't c anything and just shrugged her shoulders and she asked what do u want me to do I said call the police but she didn't Please keep your children near you and safe I Kno l won't go there again

Older store, clean, no drive up pharmacy. Interacted with 3 staff and 2 are very rude. The pharmacist barked out drop off or pick up. The gal at the registered treated me as I was an intrusion to her personal time!

Everything gone well today at CVS on Rochester road Fay is who helped me she is wonderful everytime she's at work and I end up making a visit to CVS,, She's so helpful and answers all my questions correctly and always helped me pay my rent correctly without any confusion or mistakes Fay is a wonderful employee hope she gets recommended

I was in a rush this particular afternoon and after grabbing everything that I needed I headed to the front of the store to check-out. The cashier was helping someone so I decided to use the self checkout. I ended up having a few issues with some items that were not ringing up when scanned. The team member had to help me several times all while also ringing up a long line of other customers in between. She got me out of there just in time to make it to my destination.

If u ask for a certain manufacturer...YOU DONT GET IT....if u remind them ur refill is coming up...YOU DONT GET IT....new pharmacist is a not so nice person...EVERY MONTH I get text saying no refills...I have to do the leg work and go up there and tell them a specific date to look under and surprise there is my meds...not worth ur time going there if u have a busy life or long shifts...
