Specifically the pharmacy. Prescriptions are never ready. Never. Then they say they'll expedite them, so you wait, but they never let you know it's ready. So you have to go back up and give them your name, again, because they apparently have no facial recall and look at you like they've never seen you before.

I just left The CVS while I was looking around remind you I came in about 935 at 9:43 I was told the doors will be locked in five minutes and both employees hovered over me while I still self cashed out they made me feel very rushed and very uncomfortable and I even forgot something I was supposed to get while I was there but didn't feel comfortable enough to go back. As well as a gentleman pulled up at 9:57 as I'm watching it as I write this review and watch both of these ladies leaving and locking the doors. turning away the customer, They should not be how the business is conducted if you don't close until 10 then don't close your doors until 10 o'clock !I wouldnt of even left a 1 star but it made me

Out of stock of narcotic pain killer for cancer patients. My mom called for my dad to see when it would come in. They told her to call around to different CVS's to see if they have it. WTF? Call around to see if they have a narcotic? Then they put her on hold and never picked up again.Either she wasn't listening, had absolutely no idea of what she was doing, or she don't care. Or all three. While we don't know what was going through female pharmacists head, objectively she was not doing her job of fulfilling prescriptions for patients.

Went in for some vitamins. Picked up a few items and some small pocket sized sanitizer travel size GermX. Took a bit to get checked out. There was 3 of us in line by the time a staff member saw there was a line. It's late hours it seems.

Always something with this CVS. Today it someone loitering on their cell phone - NO MASK - and employees don't break a sweat. Plastered all over the doors and yet no consequences at this location.

Rude or nowhere-to-be-found staff & sales prices don't ring up right. Save your money and time & go to a smaller business. They'll probably be nicer & more appreciative too.

Pharmacist was in the "restroom" while we were waiting for them to come back and describe how to use our medication. Waiting 15 minutes then left. No one wants to wait that long on someone.

If you're in need, this might not be your best option. After extensive dental work leading to unbearable pain and an ER visit, I was able to get a r/x for relief. I work for a self-insured hospital in another state and granted the insurance can be complicated. But CVS in my state has everything on file. I had picture id (DL) and was told no narcotics if you live out of state. Is this person new or just incompetent? A massive search uncovered what were thought to be my current records -only to be mistaken again, creating an endless conga line of employees telling me I've never even used CVS before (even after I showed them a bottle from my hometown CVS). In addition to the inept staff, no one in the place had a smile or friendly word. The store in general was nice, but the parking lot needed attention. We ended up finding a more reliable pharmacy to fill my script......I would encourage others to do the same.

This is my store! I love the pharmacy because I've been coming here a long time and everybody is so nice. I like that the store is small but organized very well.
