Martin and his team did a great job remodeling our bathroom. They were very friendly, efficient, and diligent in their work. The project was completed on time and we were very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Casco Remodeling!

I have a rental property and Martin, and his team, is my contractor “to go”. I quoted with 6 different contractors a full bath remodeling that it was falling apart, and he went above and beyond to fix the root of the problem. I have done additional upgrades to the house (change doors, painting, flooring, change countertops…) and he is been always fast, clean, and competitive in his pricing. Very recommended.

We recently had Casco Remodeling makeover our Master and kids bathrooms. Martin and Cheryl Casco are wonderful to work with and so helpful. The entire crew is so nice, friendly and extremely professional. I really do not enjoy writing a bad review but really felt I needed to in this case. I can't speak to the quality of work only the professionalism of this company. Not once but twice I have been "ghosted" by this company. In both instances I called this company and asked if they could come out and provide a quote. The first time was several years ago. I had a flood in my kitchen and needed a new floor and some repair work in my basement Martin came out and provided me a reasonable quote the next day, which was awesome. I asked a question he, or someone responded within 24 hours, I asked another question, if they were insured and never heard from him again. I reached out via email a couple of times and then gave up. The second time and very recently (May 2022), I asked on a community forum for recommendation for contractors and he was one of the names given. It had been several years so the name rang a bell but I didn't put two and two together so I invited him to come and give me a quote for my bathroom remodel. When I saw him walking up I recognized him and wasn't thrilled but thought I'd just go with it and give him a second chance. He sent me a quote the next day. He said he could start at the end of June which was much earlier than the other two contractors I had called. At this point it was the end of May so I asked if after the 4th of July would work. He said yes, he could start that first week of July after the 4th. I said I was going to go with his company and was excited to have the work start after the 4th of July. I'm now at two weeks out before the 4th, I reached out I asked him for an exact start date. No response. I texted a few days later , I said I needed to know a start date so I could remove items from my bathroom. No response. I texted and emailed asking for a start date because I needed to plan as I wanted to take a trip up North in July and I needed to remove items from my bathroom. No response. I called a few days later and asked him if something changed and it obviously did, but I would appreciate a call back because I had plans to make. Well, no surprise but again, no response. This upsets me in so many ways. One, because this was the second time this happened with this contractor, and two, I took out a loan for this remodel which I'm paying on. You don't treat customers this way. I'm sure he got another job paying more money and just ditched me with no call, no text, no email, just nothing. Extremely unprofessional. Had he said he couldn't take job or start until much later I would have had more respect for that then just not responding at all.

Martin and his team has been working on various projects with us for the past 2 years. Martin initially changed 2 of the windows and he did a great job at an unbeatable price, we subsequently had him change the 3 patio windows. Martin made sure the style matched the other windows and got the job done well within budget. We were so happy with the work that we asked him to replace all the 12 windows throughout the rest of the house as well. We also got 2 bathrooms and one powder room remodeled and got the kitchen redesigned including new cabinets, flooring, backsplash, insert lights, under cabinet lights and pendant lights.The reason I recommend Martin is that he works with your budget and your design. Very transparent about pricing as well, for instance he has receipts for all raw materials so you can be assured of what’s been used. The other big thing about Martin is his projects are turnkey, he addresses any associated issues that come up during the project (trust me, there is always something unplanned that comes up that needs fixing) and is very reasonable with pricing. E.g. when we did the flooring, we found the floor boards were squeaky and some needed replacement, he address all the issues promptly, fixed up the gradient - unlike some other big companies that don’t do any extra work in spite of charging boat loads of money.He and his team are very trustworthy, cost-effective, punctual, efficient and they always clean up after work has been completed for the day.

Martin and crew did an excellent job from start to finish, remodeling 3 bathrooms, foyer, laundry, and painting my entire ~2900-sq ft house. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard all day, and produced outstanding results....in less than 3 weeks. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Great work, great price. Good quality all around.
