“Big shout out to Jeff and Dave. My car wouldn’t start, so I went in about 30 minutes prior to closing to test my battery. I ended up needing a new battery. They were extremely helpful finding the right type of battery and even did the installation so I could get to work early the next morning. Amazing service!!”
“I decided to edit my post as the original was based on my initial impression. I still feel they're a solid four stars and this is coming from a former collision repair guy. Its apparent they're focused on the customer service satisfaction. If I had a question they were prompt and timely to respond. The location is compact and difficult to find parking. The entrance is was less intuitive to find from the main road. While a majority of the services provided are on site, they are still reliant on external vendors to do specialized work, e.g., calibrations. Completion of the project was a lot longer than anticipated and it would have been nice to have a better understanding of this going in. Its my understanding that supply chain issues created numerous delays (and our car isn't high end) in parts availability. Just ask clear questions up front. And lastly the insurance company and Gerber seemed to work very well together. Overall my wife and I were pleased. Hopefully in the future they could provide a shuttle service, as that was the only hiccup we encountered to and from. Otherwise, we're still quite happy with the services rendered. Thank you Gerber.”
