I use the app to order my refills and almost every time I get a notice two days later that there is a problem with my order and I need to call the pharmacy. The only problem is that they don't answer the phone or put you on a forever hold. The last time was 23 minutes on hold, then disconnected. I called back and after 20 minutes my call was still not answered.

The worst pharmacy anywhere. Always 20 minutes in line plus. Came three times today for a refill. The said 20 minutes, I came back 2 hour later, still now ready. Now 3 hours later and waiting in another 30 minute line. Go elsewhere.

Never had issues here, but it's just for buying random things. I don't get prescriptions here.

Liz is the rudest person I have ever dealt at this store. The way she speaks to customers is horrible. I guess she has a job because they are short staffed. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

This pharmacy is so understaffed. One person handling both the drive thru and the line. I have never waited less than 5 minutes here, and sometimes as long as 20. Doesn't matter what time of day, I always wait. Ridiculous.

The WORST pharmacy I have ever used. There always seems to be some kind of problem where I can’t get my prescription filled . I honestly don’t know if they even have medication there. Switching to a more reliable pharmacy. I’m done.

Pulled into drive through to see an out of order sign...no problem go inside...only to have them raise the shutter and remove the out of order sign...they were just on lunch..so then the customer pulled into drive through to get serviced before all the customers in line...then got told they were out of my prescription something they didn't say when I dropped it off over an hour prior...then they found the medication but my prescription hadn't been filled...the staff were doing there best but your systems and practices are a mess will not be returning to Walgreens

This pharmacy is absolutely horrible. My husband's doctor called in a prescription here the night before and when I went to go pick it up at 4:30pm the next day I was told that they had the prescription in their system but it had not been filled yet. I was told that they could not give me an estimate on when it would be ready but we would get a text message when it was ready to be picked up. After 3 hours of waiting I called the pharmacy to see what was going on with the prescription only to be told that it was ready to be picked up, who knows how long it had been ready as I was never notified. When I had called I was told that they needed our insurance card. When I showed up at the pharmacy I was not even greeted or even looked up at, the lady working there rudely said "name" I presented my insurance card to the lady working at that time and she snapped at me saying she had already put the medication through my insurance. I will never fill another prescription at this pharmacy again. The customer service was horrendous and the prescription should have been filled way sooner than it was.

The pharmacy is a joke ended up switching my prescriptions over to another pharmacy having no problems in it so easy I don’t know what’s going on over there. I was getting my script there for a while, but finally I’m done.

melody was amazing. she helped me out immediately and got right to business. she’s very kind and does her very best for the walgreens company, honestly she’s been the best pharmacist in walgreens. she does an amazing job every time i see her. thank you melody!!! ❤️❤️❤️

The staff of this pharmacy is absolutely incompetent and not able to answer a simple question. Mr. P. does not listen and ignored completely what I said. He was not even able to remember what I said 1 minute ago and I repeated it at least 3 times. They should close this place or at least replace the staff.
