I Had a fantastic experience this afternoon from customer service, this lady , she went above and beyond to get some paperwork for a complex situation I had with another carrier and helped my dad that lives all the way in Singapore to get something fixed. Anyways her effort were appreciated ! Keep up the good work.

Seems like a 50/50 if we get our mail or not and when we do it’s our neighbors mail. My wife also tried catching the driver to ask about missing packages and he took off like he was running from a crime scene. Not sure what there is to do about it but we are very disappointed.

I have had to send hundreds of packages from this location in the past and they have always gone out of their way to make it as easy as possible.Dave has worked there for years. He's always kind, friendly, and helpful.
