“I recently brought in my prized possession (aka weekend sports car cruiser) for some preventative maintenance (master clutch cylinder replacement, clutch fluid change, oil change, etc.) and was really impressed with the level of customer service from both the Manager and Owner of Clarkston Auto & Transmission. Not only were they very responsive on the communication front, but they also charged a very reasonable price for the work performed (especially given the labor hours involved). “My car needed clutch work, requiring an appointment in advance. I was able to drop it off the night before using the key dropbox. Once diagnosed, Gott's sourced OEM parts while keeping me updated every step of the way. When one of the new parts turned out to be defective out of the box, Gott's team ID'd it and rectified it before returning my car to me at no extra cost to me.
