Love this gym! I recently moved and was looking for a new gym to join and am so happy I found this one. All the staff I’ve encountered always smile and greet me. The facility is always clean. I never feel intimidated walking into this gym. While it is a smaller gym, I am always able to get to the equipment I need for my workouts any time I go. Overall great gym!

It's a convenient & good location for me.*Also, they invested in even better cardio machines and a new exercise area for more space.They also invested in a sanitizing crew which also helps.The main staff that I encounter is consistently chilled & helpful (Matt & Ed).I have been at this gym since 2016 and have noticed many improvements. Keep up the good work!!

Extremely unprofessional. Upon canceling my membership, Matt asked me why. I expressed that I wasn’t happy with the trainer I’d used, Adam, and began working out/with someone else. Moments after, I began receiving nasty/name calling texts from Adam and had to block him. Absolutely ridiculous. I called the gym back and they could care less. I told him I was going to post a review and he said they didn’t care, they don’t read them anyhow. Well, maybe they aren’t reading them, but perhaps someone looking for a gym or a trainer will.

It’s not a terrible gym if you need a place to get your basic lifts in. I’ve been a powerhouse member for over a decade, and this location is far less accommodating than any other powerhouse I’ve been a member at. The staff is nice, but for how few people I see in that gym it is appalling how often this gym is out of order, and how often they are somehow out of towels. Weird compliant but when I come in there from 5:30-7am I expect the gym to be clean and towels ready for use
