Great people fast service by far the best home town pharmacy in the area second to none Courtney and all the staff are great. People need to be a little bit more understanding and realize that they are getting the best service possible. Just love that pharmacy.

Love to “shop local” and the customer service is amazing. My scripts are ready quickly, always accurate and the pharmacists work to find you the best deals whenever possible. Highly recommend!

Such a great family owned pharmacy, always so helpful and quick. They have went the extra mile for our family many times!! They are always friendly and answer questions I have. Especially sweet when we stop in for a snack/drink after an appointment they are always so nice to ring us up for just that even when not filling a script. Highly recommend!!

We moved from a major chain to Pine Knob Pharmacy two years ago. Best decision we’ve ever made. The amount of personal attention we receive is almost unheard of in this business climate. Not only have they saved us a significant amount of money but the staff takes their time to answer all of my questions and provides great recommendations / information when needed. I wish I would’ve switched even earlier!

So thankful for this Pharmacy. They are the best at what they do. I always have lots of questions when given a prescription and the staff here goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They take pride in there customer service/safety and it shows. Bonus! They always fill/refill my meds in a timely manner.

Over the last few years, challenges with getting prescriptions filled with unpredictable supply chain challenges has been unbelievably stressful! Courtney, owner of Pine Knob, has been truly a blessing.She has consistently communicated updates with honesty and compassion. She patiently answers my questions and follows up as soon as the prescription can be filled. I am grateful for this level of service and am a loyal Pine Knob Pharmacy customer!

Awful customer service. I called to see if they had a medication and was told they did. I had my dr send it over and they did. THEN I was told that a pharmacy isn’t accepting new patients the meds are for their regular patients (it’s a pharmacy??)AND told that I never called there that day. Which I hit redial so I didn’t get the persons name but I did talk to someone there. I used to love this pharmacy and since they got the drive thru was going to change. Absolutely no flipping way now. RUDE is an understatement!!!! Steer clear.

I have been using Pine Knob Pharmacy on Bowpointe Dr for years, and the one and only reason I continue to do so, is for convenience (my primary works out of the same building). The staff are rude and extremely unhelpful. I am constantly disappointed in the lack of basic common decency and customer service. I work in emergency services, so I know what it's like to feel over-worked, busy and rushed.. But, I also know it is possible to still treat each individual with the service, care and respect they deserve. I would give this business zero stars, if I could.
