Honestly this place is great!! I love MOST of the people here.
Never had an issue and I love how you all jam out to music during the slow hours. Always has my medications on time and calls me to let me know of any issues or updates!
However, whoever was JUST on the phone with me and gave me an incredible amount of rudeness for my phone service being spotty.... Needs to consider a job change.
I did give the same amount of sass back. I do not appreciate that one bit. I did nothing to you - literally I'm just trying to get my things. If necessary, just hang up! I would call back later. Better yet, if you can't be verbally considerate to others, consider working away from the general public.

I had two prescriptions sent here. I did get an initial call letting me know I should be expecting one in the mail & that the other may take a bit longer. That was the last I heard from this pharmacy. Waited two weeks & I had to give them a call asking for an update. They claimed it was taking a while bc it required prior-authorization (okay… believable); however, the employee then told me after checking that it was actually a billing issue & that I needed to call my insurance. I told them I would, and the employee said they’d run it again soon. I did call my insurance & the insurance employee was confuses by what this pharmacy told me & said that doesn’t show on their end. I waited another week. No contact from the pharmacy after they told me they would try again in a few days. I finally called & transferred it to CVS. CVS has my order filled on a little over 24 hours (included needing to order it). Overall, this pharmacy was not at all helpful & kept my prescription on hold for no reason..

The team at Medcenter is always very friendly, VERY FAST, and help us get the lowest price for our medications! Best decision we made moving from a chain pharmacy.

Needed a medication to treat my teen's acne. I called a nearby pharmacy, and they told me it wasn't covered by my insurance and wanted $600 for it. They had no idea what the medication was and had to look around for it. They were also very short with me once I questioned the cost. I called Medcenter Pharmacy, and it ended up costing $45 FOR THE EXACT SAME PRESCRIPTION. They new exactly what I was talking about when I called, had it ready in five minutes, and they were pleasant and friendly. I definitely recommend Medcenter Pharmacy!

After becoming frustrated by the horrible service I received at Walgreens, I decided to move the prescriptions of myself and my family to MedCenter Pharmacy. I couldn't be happier with that decision. The team there is extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. I'm a happy--and now long-term--customer of this fabulous pharmacy.
