I suggested Harrison's to my son and daughter-in-law as a possible source for purchasing furniture for their new $900K home. My daughter-in-law went and was greeted by... nobody. She said she was ignored completely and the place had an air of "snobbery". She is not a stranger to wealth. Her parents have 7-figure incomes and so do she and my son. So she is used to fine things she can afford them. I was unhappy that my suggestion was so far wrong; she was just disgusted.

We were recently in the market for some new furniture for our living room. We stopped in Harrison’s and really liked the style of their furniture as it was exactly the “vibe” we were looking for. We were also very impressed with the quality of the furniture (made in the U.S.). We worked with their designer, Keri, who helped us select appropriate fabrics to go with our existing living room colors and furnishings. This was a huge help as their selection of fabrics is so large it was nice to have the help of someone who is experienced and knowledgeable. Overall, we were extremely pleased with every aspect of working with Keri and Harrison’s. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I have tried twice now to use there services. I called over the summer to utilize them for a bedroom remodel, wall paper, lighting, furniture etc. I was speaking to one of there designers and it would take 2-3 weeks to get a text back and she didn’t set up an appointment which I found odd. She was going to pull wall paper samples, just crickets.
Then again I said I would give them possibly another chance. Before Christmas I called for a nursery and playroom remodel similar services as above. I was told the designers were busy and they would set an appointment first week of January, never heard back. Even after I explained not hearing anything over the summer. The woman assured me I would be contacted.
My husband is a business owner in Clarkston and I tried twice to give a local business a chance. Unfortunately due to their horrible customer service and follow up they lost a great customer. Which I also shared this with all my friends that are also looking for design services and my neighbors. Word of mouth means a lot in a small town.
I was able to secure a designer in Birmingham that set an appointment up immediately and is able to service Clarkston Village area thankfully.

This is a great design store with excellent decor items, pillows etc at good prices for the great quality. Melanie is amazing - great taste and very helpful on all design needs and they have curated the store with great items.
