I go out of my way to avoid this store, but went in in a pinch. Regretted it again. They are just so rude and wouldn’t know friendly service if you smacked them in the head with it.

I call today to see if they blew up balloons. The girl said yes but it had to be theirs. Told her my granddaughter only wanted the plain color ones, she said no problem, just have her come in and they would take care of her. A half hour later my granddaughter went in and asked to get the balloons she was told they couldn't do itReally only half hour later. How wrong even for the fact she had to take her baby in and out of the car for nothing ?

I come to this location often with my kids. We absolutely love the friendly staff. They work hard to keep the place running and they are always so friendly with myself and my kids!

UPDATE 01/23; I don’t know if they are having staffing issues but the isles are full of boxes, shelves are a mess and the floors are filthy. I need to retract my previous review. I now drive all the way to Lake Orion to shop at a well stocked, clean Dollar Tree

I was very impressed with the well stocked shelves, the cleanliness of the aisles and the friendliness of the staff. They have obviously made some positive changes recently, so don’t let the negative reviews from the past dissuade you from shopping here.
