Absolutely an unexpected and wonderful experience. Just found my new family jeweler. If you want glitz and a somewhat pompous decor, this establishment may not appeal to you. However, if you want a honest opinion and extremely fair pricing on a jewelry repair, go see Danny at Clarkston Jewelry!

I have been happy in the past. But lately they don’t call when things are ready to be picked up or they are never open. Their phone doesn’t work. I need my granddaughters bracelet she graduates this Tuesday the 23!! Claim check #0169

Beware he will go off screaming and yelling at you if you ask for your jewelry to be returned to you! He is mentally unstable. Taking him to Small Claims Court is the only way to get your Jewelry back! The other local Jewelry stores nearby are aware of how he screams & yells at his customers. He "lost" my pieceof jewelry and will not reimburse me for it!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clarkston Jewelry Outlet, as advent from its name, mainly sell and repair jewelry dedicated to both men and women.On occasion, they will sell silver coinage. Personally though, I tend to think that their silver coin prices can be a little pricy compared to their competitors.

Great customer service! Dan was ready to leave for the day but stayed late so that he could make a jewelry repair while we waited. He did a fantastic job on my rings, they look wonderful. Adorable, well-behaved dog was a plus. Thank you, Dan!

Offered me $600 for scrap gold, I went to three other places that all offered over $1100. If he was only a couple hundred dollar difference I wouldn’t of made this review but this is taking advantage of people.
