Terrible customer service. I've been taking my pets there for 20 years and I've always been satisfied with their care. However, in the last couple years the customer service has declined. When I walk in to simply purchase cat treats and there's no customers in the lobby, I should not be told to sit and wait.

I received great service for my dog Polly who had her ACL repaired and she is doing great! The doctor was a real pro and I received a number of phone calls from their friendly staff checking on her progress. I can't say enough good things about Clarkston Animal Medical Center.
