Bad customer service, I was ignored for 2 minutes by two women at the registers, finally one said hello, couldn't help me open a checking amd savings account, that's fine, didn't say have a good day, bye or anything! Sashabaw location bad! Dixie was welcoming and nice and kind and helped me before the door even closed!! I definitely recommend the dixie location!

I wish I could give less than 1 star for my experience with Chase Bank. Although I stopped banking with them over a decade ago, I still deal with them because my elderly grandmother has been a loyal member since the Bank One days. Unfortunately, today’s experience was incredibly frustrating and unnecessarily difficult.
I scheduled a 10 AM appointment to be added to my grandmother’s account. The bank called the next day to reschedule for 12 PM due to “double booking.” I agreed without issue. However, when I arrived promptly at 12, I was told to wait. It wasn’t until 12:30 that I was finally seen. During the meeting, it was discovered that my name had been previously added incorrectly. To fix this, my grandmother had to reauthorize the changes.
After a quick trip home (just 5 minutes away), I called the bank to confirm we could return to resolve the issue. I was told the teller was now busy and no one else could help before the bank closed at 2 PM. Since I work weekdays, I now have to wait an entire week to complete what should have been a simple task.
The lack of professionalism from the branch manager made matters worse. They were unhelpful and dismissive, with an unnecessarily rude undertone. This experience has solidified my decision to move all accounts elsewhere.
If you’re considering banking with Chase, don’t. Save yourself the hassle and choose a local credit union that genuinely cares about its customers. You’ll thank yourself later.

Helen from this branch seems to be racist. She flagged my account immediately even though I showed plenty of proof of verification.
Customer service and another branch tried calling here to talk to someone but no one answered the phone either.
I'm a Marine Corps Veteran and own a business and this caused delays in payroll and delays in purchasing material for jobs i had going on because they restricted my account for up to 4 days.
The manager Bill is awesome though he helped resolve the issue.

Was just speaking to Brent Burleson at branch, Sashabaw,Clarkston MI. He was so helpful, kind & patient. I forgot to stay on the line to do the survey.

I love this branch! They're always so accommodating and helpful. Kelly and Helen are super knowledgeable. You can definitely tell the staff here take pride in their work. I pass multiple other Chase branches on the way to this one. It's well worth the drive for me every time.

The staff was very kind all expect for the lady who implied I should just leave the bank and take my check to a party store instead. I didn't find this very appealing nor did she seemingly care about the image she's putting out there thanks Helen

We were walk ins and needed a document notarized. We were greeted quickly in a pleasant professional manner. Our document was notarized and we were further helped by having some accounts merged. This extra service was unexpected and much appreciated. Chase should clearly recognize employees like the person who helped us today.

Truly awful! We walked in the door only to have the greeter talking to another employee. The teller waved us over. Our request was quick and simple, but she stated it would require a teller. She said everyone was busy all day (it was early afternoon). I asked if the employee who wasn't with a customer and casually chatting to the greeter could help. The teller said that was the manager. I then asked if she could help us and she said no. If I could provide 0 stars I would do so in a heartbeat. Not sure where or when customer service disappeared?

I was treated very rudely here on Tuesday. The clerk asked for both of our IDs because my husband banks there, but it was my check. Since the clerk was new, Denise came to assist her.
