If I could rate it lower I would. This is only about the service department. The whole experience was poor. They kept my truck for 2.5 weeks and did not communicate anything that was going on even tho in the beginning they said it would only take 2 to 3 days. It took them over a week to "diagnosis" the electrical issue. They replaced a part and that did not work then removed it and put the old one back. So they took even more time and did not communicate anything. It took me calling 6+ times in a day to get ahold of anyone in the service department and it always was someone at the jeep store. They then charged me $600 dollars to basically keep my car for 2.5 weeks and unplug my radio. If anyone still goes to this service department then you are a saint. The only person that is worth anything there is Patty the service manager. The rest of the service team is terrible and it was a complete rip off to charge that much to unplug a radio guessing that might be the issue. Total rip off and I advise everyone to stay away from that service department.

Worst dealership I have ever been to. Took my car here after it locked up and the shop was unable to diagnose saying its a dealer issue, this was the closest dealership. After 2 days I called to find out the time estimate and was told that my car was not even in their system. Go there in person and am told that it is there just not processed yet, try to call 2 days later, no answer in service dept. Go in person, was told that you should know something in 2 days. This process repeats (calling and no answer in service dept, go in person after calling) every 2 days for 2 weeks, the 3 rd time I asked how many cars out I am, answer 4. 2 days later got the same answer, and asked "So you are telling me that no cars have been done since I was last here?" Assistant manager (same person I talked to every time I went in) says yes, blah blah excuse. I returned once more the next morning to inform them my car would be towed to another dealership. I never once received a phone call from this place or any other form of communication unless I physically went there. Do not recommend anyone use this incompetent service dept.

Another Visit to the Dealership for warranty work to be done! Service is always done in a timely manner Parts were ordered and Handled with Punctuality always Greeted by Service manager with a Smile!! He works the Dealership like it’s his own. Which is how someone should it provides customers a personal experience it’s the face of the Business that keeps me coming back!

Service was quick and easy. Dropped the car off the night before and it was done bright and early. Only issue was that I had to make the appointment a month earlier.

nhtsa recall for pressure plate
I call this dealer and get a 7 AM appt. because per
recall notice this is 5-6 hour job. I am outta there by 4 worst case right? I am elderly, live by myself, 5 miles from food and it has been more that 2 days since I hear from this dealer. I had to take a Lyft to get home. I have never been treated so disrespect ably by a business in my life. Maybe the dealers dont get paid for warranty work but don't take that out on me. Again, warranty work or age, I don't deserve to be treated like this.....

Would never take my car to the service department ever again. Made and appointment for my car I dropped it off when they open told me I was first on there list they told me 2 days and my car has just been sitting there for the last 3 days still haven’t gotten to it when they said further more never received my loaner car I pay for with my warranty had to get a ride back to work 2 time that has happened

Friendly staff that listened to our concerns & gave clear estimates for cost and timing that were accurate. They used text updates, that we could reply to! The texts went directly to our service team contact. In our case, it was Collin and he was very knowledgeable and responsive. The work performed was expertly done - our jeep is very happy!
