I shop at Ace on Dixie and Maybe in Clarkston because I am always greeted with a sincere associate wanting to help me.
I have bought several Ego products because of the knowledge and enthusiasm that their employees or associates gave me.
My most recent purchase was a thistle bird feeder which has a much smaller opening that could also be used for regular black oilers and larger seeds by adjusting the openings where the birds sit on the perch and feed. There were also many different seed varieties to chose. I was given excellent advice as to how many times I would be able to fill the feeder with the selection of seed suggested.
I always walk out of that store satisfied.
The Customer Service and Interactions I receive as well as the products Ace carries ,make me look forward to my next trip in. Love the Ace Rewards too.... and the lemon drops!!!!

This ACE hardware is well organized, neat and has a great selection. We probably run into the store at least once a week for something. Prices competitive. Only downside is they are too friendly and too helpful. In a recent store visit I was asked if I need help finding something 9 times in under 5 mins. Sometimes people like to just wander around and see if anything catches their eye. This results in impulse purchases. If I’m browsing BBQ spices and get asked 6 times if I need help, I am more likely to stop looking and leave the store. Sometimes I like t ok chat with my husband admiring the pizza ovens. We get interrupted during our visits every time. You have a greeter pounce on customers as soon as they walk in. We see your sales people wandering in every aisle. Just let customers browse. If we need help, we can find one of a dozen of you lurking.

This is the best Ace in town. I go out of my way to travel to this Ace over the others. At one point there was an issue with a service they provide. The GM Chris went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of. Thank you very much!

WOW!!! The remodel and upgrades are amazing, makes for an even better shopping experience. While there, I was greeted by more than one employee. They were kind and helpful, yet left me alone to shop. The selection of home decor and gift items are excellent, great price points. Well done!

This ACE hardware is so amazing. The staff is extremely knowledge and pleasant. They always help me find what I’m looking for. I am rarely in the store for more than 5 minutes, which is such a blessing when I’m on a mission to get a project done!!

Went there today for a vacuum belt and the help was phenomenal. I appreciate the nice lady at the register today. Very helpful to me. Vacuum Vomit no more lol haha thank you for helping me find the belt.

My fob for my car was not working and I need to get in my trunk to get my walker out and in. Someone told me to go to ACE. From the moment I entered the store they were eager to help me. Directing me where to go and by the time I got there three ladies were helping me. I did not get the name of the lady who helped me but she had long hair. She changed the battery in my fob and went outside to make sure it worked. The fob was not workable. She had a replacement available and programmed it and made sure everything worked. After I paid for my purchase she walked me to my car and loaded my Walker into my trunk and made sure I was all set to go. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I will definitely be using this store again.

When in doubt, ask Rick.Rick was able to help us out in a pinch on a holiday. He spent the time to look at our project that was missing a specialty piece, and he helped us rig together something that worked when we had lost all hope.
