Inherited the service after purchasing a home. Office is difficult to deal with and has poor customer service. My household has almost ran out of propane after notifying the office repeatedly for 1.5 months. No accountability for mistakes, customer service model seems to revert to customer error whenever there is a discrepancy without inquiry into their own accounting. I have been accused of not paying and then spend my own time digging up the transaction and communicating to the office their error with no apology or acknowledgement of their mistake. Pricing seems inflated compared to other companies, that coupled with poor/rude customer service pushed me to another provider.Actual service guys seem good.

I have changed propane companys the office staff is very rude . I told them to come get their tank on the second of march its still in my yard. Probaly going to send them a storage bill. I believe after 30 days i can start charging.

I've had very few issues with them, the very few that I had were resolved with a simple phone call. The people at the office have been friendly and understanding. Prices are very nice compared to others around. I always call around 35-38% and have never worried about running out! Drivers are very nice! I'm am very satisfied with the quality of service we receive!

I called desperate because our tank was at 2%. The lady who answered was nice and helpful. We had our tank filled the next day. I've never had problems with their service. Thank you Ziehms.

I didn’t even have this company for long. I Bought a house that was using them and I switched to another company and I needed there pig to be picked up from my yard. I talked to Kim and she was soo rude about the balance on the account that was there previously there before me buying the house. She states how much and states someone will be sued over the amount if it’s not paid. Very poor customer service!

Very very rude office staff, especially one lady in particular. Will not give a name. Very close to switching companies. Obviously there's alot of bad reviews for a reason. I had made appt when I was at 30% , they waiting til I was at 5%, I had to turn heat down super low because the weekend approached and they told me they have to charge emergency fee or if I ran out, I'd also have to pay for pressure test. Unfair especially when I again, called when at 30% and kept calling to keep them posted on percentage. Lied over and over about delivery being on way. New staff may help this place stay in business. Lots of people have switched to other companies. I do not blame them. And wish I as well could've gave no stars as they absolutely don't deserve any

I've never had any issues with them. Office staff is polite. Usually get my propane within a week. Drivers are professional and polite also.
