I've been getting my prescription filled at this pharmacy every 27 days for over 3 years and now all the sudden the new pharmacist is telling me I have to wait until the 30th day to fill it. That would be fine on a normal circumstance but if on that 30th day I call and they happen to have run out of medication what the hell am I supposed to do....ridiculous. My insurance allows me to fill it every 27 days so I don't really understand the issue.

What's the matter with this place? No COVID-19 tests in stock. No COVID-19 tests in the drive thru. No COVID-19 test appointments available. Drive-thru randomly closed. When finally open they don't acknowledge you exist until you wait until they're done talking about Heather's break-up. Might as well close your doors or change the name to "Clare Truly and some beer and clearance St Paddy's necklace store". Lame. Go across the street. They have tests in stock. Plus they actually answer the phone. Novel idea ?

When I am under the weather and all stuffed up, Sudafed is the only medication that will work on my sinuses.Sometimes I feel too unwell to walk inside to the farthest end of the store, just for Sudafed. Other times, I have a tight schedule and don't have time. Its like Walgreen's first tendency is to assume the worst of their customers. Why else would they refuse to sell Sudafed through the drive-thru? Same ID and handshake, just need a sick person to come on in....not nice.

Had a script sent from my eye doctor, few hours later got a automated call saying it was out of stock and probably be a few days. I called to see if they had it in another store, tech wasn’t thrilled about helping. Said they showed 1 in Midland,I said I’m sure there is more than 1 store in Midland, he said it’s store 9709 .. Google it. I did and it came up Chicago. I’m sure they are busy but I don’t think it was to much to ask for a phone number.

If I could give them a negative 5 I would. Piss poor when your script calls for 90 day and the people in the pharmacy just takes your refills from 90 day supply to 30 day. What bull s**** Highly recommend people to go somewhere else.

find me at the drive-up window at about 4:10 march 23 today was very rude not only once but twice oh, I was trying to explain the thought that I was having and she tells me hold on rather rudely and sticks her finger up at me and tells me that she can't hear me anyways, and when I proceeded to try to tell her got there and they said my prescription would be ready she tells me what she has no control what's going on in the back Oh, I thought it was a really really bad way to handle it from her side
