I just purchased a phone and a watch with the FitBit app a week ago at a Verizon store in Mount Pleasant . I paid the extra money to have the salesperson download all info into my phone and my watch but I guess it was taking too long and I was sent home before everything was completed. Big mistake on my part for leaving because I was having all kinds of issues with it.Fortunately I went to the Verizon store in Clare and the staff there were great! It took about an hour to fix the issue by the store manager and another customer service rep.Both were very friendly, patient and knowledgeable!I think I have found my "home" Verizon store finally!

Awful staff when they can scream at their customers and have no accountability. I will never go back. The only friendly gentleman there was August. Very nice.

Came to store Sunday oct 30th 2022 in clare mi at 11 am store was closed , came back at 1:59 store is still closed when hours says 11am to 5 pm . Lights on ,door locked .

These people have no idea what they're doing charged me for a phone that couldn't be connected to their Network would not give me a refund so I could go get one somewhere else they have lost my business and many people I have come in contact with and told them the story this place needs to shut down and allow a qualified cell phone service to show up there and do the real job they don't know how to do

The ladies in the store were awesome.June, 2022Not sure who the young man is who is working now. Never got a chance to ask. He was rude and condescending to my elderly mother who is afflicted with dementia. We will do our business in MP now.

I was there in the morning to set up a used phone. I was very satisfied with the assistance. I had to go back around five because the phone would not receive calls and a lot of the storage was used up. I asked what was taking up all the storage and he said photos. II had the employee check and there were pictures on the phone of the previous owner. He argued with me and told me that they came from my email cloud. II told him repeatedly that they were not my pictures and that he was not listening to me. He told me he had already told me five times that he was listening to me and that they had to come from my email cloud along with my contacts. The contacts did not transfer and neither did MY pictures from the cloud. I finally said forget it I’m leaving. When I got home and checked the phone still did not receive calls. I will go back in the morning.I went back about 11:30 the next morning and had excellent service from August. He was knowledgeable and courteous. It obvious that he was knowledgeable. I told him the previous person had told me it probably wouldn't receive calls because there was not enough storage left. He laughed and did not criticize the previous employee but gave me correct information.. A big thank to August. It was only fair that I edited this review to give credit where credit was due.

Call corporate this morning to get information about updating our phones. I was advised by corporate because I have been a customer for 27 years new phone would cost me a dollar a month for each phone for 3 years was also advised that they would change my plan but there would be no increase in cost. Went to my local Verizon retail dealer and was given different information. Was advised that they just didn't know how corporate came up with that number. I've tried to update in the past with the same results. Maybe it's time to change providers. Very disappointing.

I have always delt with Russell Cellular, but never again after my experience in the Clare store today. I have never been so disrespect by a customer service representative in all of my life. Absolutely uncalled for, and I will never step foot in this store again, which is a dang shame, because I've always only delt with this store for Verizon for years with my business accounts.

Kim is absolutely amazing. She made the whole process of getting new phones a breeze. Kim and Rebecca were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will not visit any other Verizon store except this one. I highly recommend the Clare location to anyone needing to visit a Verizon store. I will definitely be doing business with them again, and recommending this location to others. Thank you ladies!

They talked us into a phone promotion that we didn’t want. They messed up on the details and we found out that we were not eligible for the promotion that they talked us into. So we lost out on the buy one/get one promotion that we had going into the store and now we are paying full price for both new phones. This has been seriously the worst experience. As soon as our 2yr contract is up, we are switching carriers. Buyer beware! Make sure you are actually eligible for any promotions they are offering to you!
