very prompt, very helpful, Ryan was the best! Very friendly. Would definitely recommend. They also had a great selection of trailers.

Horrible, go somewhere else. I have had several bad experiences here. Last time I rented a trailer here they put the wrong trailer number on my contract. The trailer I didn't rent accumulated toll fees in IL (I never left MI). Ithen wae charged for the tolls on a trailer I never rented. When I informed them they didn't help. It took 4 hours of my time to resolve the issue.
