We have brought all of our animals to Surrey. Unfortunately we had to have our 16 year old cat put down and there was no lack of compassion. We were sent home with a paw print and beautiful memorial box. I cannot say enough good things about them. We will be back in a month for a neuter appointment! Thank you to the whole team.

Was told ahead of time they would except half payment for vet visit but once they seen our dog they changed what they said an made us pay full
Amount. Where I come from we don't go back on our word. We'll take out business elsewhere from now on after being loyal customers for over 10 years.
