“The waterfront Assoc is private. No public access. There are still some nice lots for sale (non waterfront) as all the waterfront lots are sold. I am posting this because review mademit sound like it had public access. It is owned by the homeowners.”

“Great service over the phone. Experience was quick, friendly, clear and free of anything frustrating.Liz was super helpful and answered all my questions. My only recommendation would be to clarify with callers whether the specific unit they’ve rented is a unit in a structure or (in my case) a sea container. I arrived to the location and was surprised to find I had rented a sea container but it all worked out fine. Also may be worth advising whether the area is enclosed by gated fencing or not.”
