“I just purchased a phone and a watch with the FitBit app a week ago at a Verizon store in Mount Pleasant . I paid the extra money to have the salesperson download all info into my phone and my watch but I guess it was taking too long and I was sent home before everything was completed. Big mistake on my part for leaving because I was having all kinds of issues with it.Fortunately I went to the Verizon store in Clare and the staff there were great! It took about an hour to fix the issue by the store manager and another customer service rep.Both were very friendly, patient and knowledgeable!I think I have found my "home" Verizon store finally!”

“I used the drive-through touchless/automatic option after using the self-wash somewhere else because my car was still dirty. The price was ok- average. It did a good job cleaning my car. However, I was under the impression that the price included underbody wash but it doesn't even seem to have the ability to get underneath the car.”
