My daughter bought a used vehicle from here. The night she signed the paperwork she brought the truck to us to show it off and I went through her paperwork. Good thing I did! The payment was $100 more than what they told her. When going over her paperwork with the gentleman he didn't cover the payment with her and after she told him she didn't want the gap insurance and someother add on he added it anyways. And it wasn't even her signature on the one add on. So I called there the next day and Erin was great and re did the paperwork CORRECTLY and was good to go. The guy she dealt with told her it was a good thing she called when she did because they were about to send the paperwork to the bank. But we by law had more than 24 hours to make changes. So fast forward to today. After her having this vehicle for a couple of weeks. Her bank that her old vehicle loan was through called her! The loan that this dealership said they would pay her vehicle off. Said she still owed money on her loan and she had to pay it off!!!!!!

Very rude customer service on the body shop mechanic Steve. Harassed me and gave me attitude about the loaner car and insurance check; practically calling me a liar while I was at work, plus telling me I wasn’t aloud to have my truck till they have the insurance check. Tune was quickly changed when progressive called him shortly after that phone call and confirmed that it was taken care of the night before. I only had the loaner vehicle for 2 days as well. The work was only half done, with the right front tire being changed Steve recommended a tire rotation and I gave him the go ahead. I also requested and oil change since it is a couple thousand miles over due. Neither were done said Steve, so now I have uneven wheel tread for my front two tires and need to find another shop that’ll do a tire rotation for me. I recommend going somewhere else like I am and save yourself the headache.

Service department is rude and I will never get any vehicles serviced here again.And somehow the shop is always 3 weeks behind to do anything. Funny... this is the only place in town that will tell you that.Avoid this dealership at all costs. They have gone way downhill in the past 5 years.

This dealership is a joke and I recommend anyone looking for a used car to stay away. I've been trying to buy a Pontiac G8 for the last couple days and has been a total nightmare. Eric the used sales guy there kept telling me over and over again he would send me purchase order to send to my bank and kept giving me the run around.Never would I ever buy a car here. This was a complete waste of my time calling this place to buy a car. Smh

I am hoping the problems with the vehicle I purchased from them is finally fixed after 5 months. It was just in the shop for 5 weeks because they would not deal with trying to fix it. They said take to a dealership close to my house and get it diagnosed and give them a call back and they would work with me. I did just that, called and emailed them and they would not return calls. They even went as far ad saying give us a call, we are sorry about your experience and would like to talk to you about it. Still no call back’s after trying to contacting them. Eric is a real piece of lying trash. Never go through him. He rold me the vehicle is financed local. Nope, fremont ohio is not local. Sad that Ram Cares and Chrysler is involved and opened a case for my truck. Not saying not to buy from them, just if you do, take your mechanic

Our Chrysler Town and Country was having issues with shifting gears. A transmission specialist recommended we take it to a dealer because it was possibly a wiring issue that they couldn’t do. We went to McDonald. We waited two weeks to get the van in to their shop and then broke 5 weeks to get it back! What were they doing for 5 weeks??? Over those 5weeks I had to call them several times to get any updates on what was happening. What I was usually told was “the technician was working on it…” Terrible communication.

Nick and raj are amazing !! The whole staff is very friendly and helpful !! Not even my salesman Eric when above and beyond to make my truck deal smooth !! Great place !! I been using nick for years never disappointed with him and service after the sale is also amazing !! Thanks crew !!

I would go into more detail but to them it is not worth it as this dealership does not care. You spend 40,000 dollars on a truck with 47,000 miles on it. 5 days after buying it traction control service light came on and then the check engine light came on. Yes bought as is. Think the dealer would back up the truck they just sold. Nope. They say do this, then do this. Then they just will not return your calls or emails. If you buy from here, take it to your mechanic to look at it and make sure they have inspected it after the vehicle was traded in. Eric was helpful until the sale was complete.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I was told several times the amount of my bill only to get there and have it raised by almost $200. I was also told I needed a new transmission. That mine had no fluid in it whatsoever because it leaked out on their shop floor even pointed out a big spill of some sort to my husband. Well I went and got 5 quarts of transmission fluid. Went to pick up my car and to my surprise it was only a 1/2 quart low. I was told that they had to push my car out of their shop because I needed a new transmission. This was obviously a lie. My husband put in the 1/2 quart and drive my car home with no issues. So I called and asked the tech did you all put any transmission fluid in my car at any point when you had it his answer was no. So the whole story I was given about needing a new transmission was a lie. I would not recommend using this company ever for anything.
