I was charged twice for a single car wash messaged the owners and never received any response for a refund

I was not impressed by this car wash. I've been here many times and every time I have a problem. I go to this one because it's closer to my work. Anyway I just went there right now paid $3 to start I was able to rinse the drivers side and the back off and it shut off on me. I was pissed because the alarm didn't go off at all to let me know I had one minute left. So I put another $3 in so I could finish washing the other two sides to my car and I make it back to the front and decide to throw .50 more cents in just to be sure, instantly it starts beeping with the one minute timer. If I added the quarters before the time ran out it shouldn't have beeped the second I put the quarters in. Not everyone is made of money. These car washes are getting more expensive every day the least they could do is make sure they work properly. I spent 6.50 for a rinse only no wax, no nothing. The last issue I had the coin machine ate my money. The only plus side to that was the lady came within 5-10 minutes to give me my money back. If they fix their car wash stations I'll gladly give a better review.

Unreliable, to say the least. May 4th paid for highest level of vehicle wash. Machine quit not even 1/4 way into the wash. No attendant to be found. Shame on them!
Month or 2 later I returned for another vehicle wash. Once again the machine quit! Leaving my jeep loaded with soap. This time I asked the hardware store (next to car wash) for information of the owner of car wash. The nice hardware employee gave me the address and phone number to the owner of car wash business. To my disappointment, phone number didn’t work. I am now out of 2 vehicle washes that I paid for. This car wash facility is not reliable!!! I do not recommend folks to give $$$ to this small business. It’s a rip off!!!

Charged me 10 for the 8.00 wash and also took another 2.00 out of me. So 12$ for the 8.00 wash! What is that? Can’t call and ask so I don’t like this and my car was still covered in bugs! Smh
NOW A YEAR LATER AND STILL THE VACUUM SAYS 4 mins ? it’s like 2…half the vacuums didn’t even work and they say POWER VAC. Kinda a false advertisement…I’d definitely want my money back! I spent 4.00 just vacuuming my car and it’s only a 2016 dodge journey! Complete RIP OFF! IM SUPER OCD AND THE VACUUM DIDNT EVEN GET THE CRAP OFF MY FLOOR ?????

I usually get the top wash on my car it always does a good job. The dryer always has the timer long enough to dry the car if you do it right. Unlike the other place. Oh and bonus this wash has never trapped me in the car wash mid wash and just stopped leaving me in a panic. I can't say that for the competition. I went through on Saturday and there was a guy working he did my windows and tires with his brush. That was top notch service in my book. Overall I think this wash is well maintained and the owners seem to care about the facilities. Keep up the good work.

For the price of this place you'd think it'd be a lot better. If you use a self service bay it's $3 to get the thing started and it gives you 1 minute of service for the first $3. The last automated bay has broken parts on it so it just sloshes all over (and 2 of the 3 arms don't work because the one is broken so it all comes out the one broken spot). And most of the time the quarter changers are out of order so you can't even get change to use the self-serve bays.

Everything was quick and easy. Only issue was one of the vacuums didn't suck so I wasted a dollar. Otherwise good ?.

Card readers do not work.
Rolled over to use the vacuums, and tried two different one and the suction was so light on them I couldn’t even lift sand from my seat.
