Horrible institution, zero guest service. I've been going non-stop trying to help a family member in critical need of care--during a pandemic none-the-less. I have the legal right to protect him and yet, they have placed more barriers in my way...? I know that may sound super vague to anyone reading-- I am simply trying to caution you to not participate in their warped system. They do NOT care About people. Try Members First Credit Union. They are amazing and they will go the extra mile for their members.

Condensing hours so employees lose out and now costumers have to come packed all at once during cov-19. Please open up for longer hours and not shorter. Then you can have time to clean your drive threw containers, and will be helping the problem and not a place where the virus can quickly spread. Please think about our community and not your corporate self during this pandemic.

I've been with this bank several years. They changed their security system. At first they asked very difficult questions to check your account, like asking about an address over 40 years in the past! Now you need a cell phone to get a text message. I told them that I didn't have a cell phone and couldn't use the online banking system. They said there was nothing they could do. I'm looking for a new bank!

I've had nothing but problems with this bank since I first created an account. When I call to speak to someone to help me they were very rude and not very helpful. I would suggest a different bank.
