Here comes DeLude construction to do a job across the street from me! They park their truck and trailer almost in the middle of the narrow road I live on. Not only that, instead of placing the orange cones you see in the trailer they decided to lean an extension ladder next to the widest part of the trailer to make less room. As they sit and watch people barely squeeze through as they wait for the downpour we had. Didn’t take long for someone to just take my yard to make it easy. I go out there and ask the one guy why he would park in the middle of the road, he claims he didn’t drive in my yard and wanted to argue with me. As the other crew members are yelling at me because I’m now upset and telling me I’m going to get less now. And that’s exactly what I got, a mess directly caused my this crew. And the boss don’t even care after I called and stressed my concern.
The photos are after they finally decided to move it. And look, they didn’t even have to pull on the grass that the tore up anyway because they had to put a sewer line in. Strange people

This company deserves 6 stars , but I'm limited to 5. Let's be honest, this company is next level on customer service and getting the job done. Jon and his crew don't mess around and get the job done no matter the situation. Don't hesitate to call, you won't regret it.

These guys are amazing! We couldn't be happier with the work they did for us today. Our water line was broken so we have been without running water since yesterday morning. De Lude Construction answered our call, gave us a quote and started to resolve our issue first thing this morning. They were done by lunch. We highly recommend this business!!From broken water line to complete resolve, within 24 hours.

Just bought a cottage in Sanilac County. Needed city water connection bored in from 300' out into a 65 year old cottage with lots of unknowns about previous modifications over the years to the well connections, and plumbing inside. John Chop, and his crew from DeLude were excellent. Dealt with multiple surprises and paid attention to the details. Well respected by the local inspectors. I recommend them highly.

I am very proud to recommend Jon Chopp the new owner to take over his grandfather's company. You earned it! Butch and Joyce would also be very proud. He is honest, hard working, and always tries to do his best. He makes sure the job is done right and so does his field staff. Dave and Mark (Jr) are grandsons still working for the company also. They have done A+ work for me on several occasions. Cement work and boring. You will be highly satisfied with their work. The workers are very considerate, work well together, and clean up after themselves. Thank you all... For everything you have done!!! I'm not gonna give a low review just because of the secretary.
