Joe was amazing! Very knowledgeable and informative about the undercoating work I had done on my new Willy. Then I ended up with a cracked windshield about a month later. I went back to Toms glass for that issue as well and he helped me again ? very cool. Walked me through it every step of the way…Thanks so much!! 5 star all the way:)

Been a few years since I did undercoating here but they took care of me. I don't live in Michigan so it's difficult to keep up with this service.. The service here is great. Such a great business of a true small business. Make sure it's TOMS GLASS. There is another location is rude Arabs and not same business or people.

If you drive in the snow, you have to Protect your vehicle.It will last Longer!Plus they detail and have lots of stuff for your vehicle. Like truck covers. Floor mats. Windshields.

I have been coming to Tom's Ziebart for 18 years and have been to other Ziebarts but there is no comparison. My 2003 Ford Explorer paint protection from Tom's Ziebart looks so much better than my 2013 Mercedes Benz GL 450 that I have in Arizona. I have tried places in Arizona but can't get the quality I get at Toms. I am tempted to drive back to Michigan just to have my Mercedes SUV done by Tom. I promise anyone who has a nice car to get the paint protection at Tom's because he Guarantees his work.

Absolutely the WORST customer service!! Dropped off car for detailing. They basically shewed us out the door, never called to say if it was ready or if they would need to keep it overnight. Called the next morning to see if it was ready and basically was told yeah and then hung up on!!! I don’t care if you are busy or not!! It is rude and bad customer service. Will NOT return and will tell everyone we know to stay away! Quality of work was as if we had done it ourselves!!
