Workers yelling outside to everyone that the store is closed due to no power, but yet online says open until 11PM (it’s currently 10:19) and all lights are on. So when we end up confronting the employees outside asking how is the store closed due to no power with lights on and he says because the machines are rebooting. I then say “so by time I have the items I need the machine would be rebooted” he then catches a attitude and the other employee tells him to stop and for me to have a nice night. Terrible customer service and terrible business on who runs this store.

The 2 girls that work in the hot deli are rude, tried to ask question and was told you need to wait. Asked about a product a d they were rude and clearly said no when I ask if they could make me some fresh product. Started going here due to construction by meijer and was finding to be cheaper. Won't be going back. Told manager and she said i will go take care of it and walks toward the deli turns around to look at us and goes other way. Never will I ever return.

I quit giving these morons my money. Delivery: they substitute your food (like you're a DOG no less) after you've you paid for the correct products.
In Store. 10:pm west entrance closed. Employees inside, standing and (lazy, young and disrepectful) sitting and talking about everthing except about Wallys. In others words, they don't like/appreciate their jobs. Fire 'em!

Very clean very organized we were there for bikes there were so many bikes that put together for you and you just buy them and roll them out the store the grocery department and car department were
well stocked and organized as was the clothing from small child to adult.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars the store accused me of trying to steal 75$ worth of cat food. They weren’t hidden in the cart, the machine at the instant scanner didn’t print the receipt. They were super rude blocking us from leaving the store after asking them to print off the receipt again or to look at the cameras. They had no protocol in case the machine didn’t print the receipts. They ended up printing off the receipt after being extremely rude and threatening to take 75$ of merchandise I paid for. At the very least they are unethical

They took forever getting my oil changed and when I went to check on it, they never actually got the oil changed and told me that it’s actually going to be a different price and much more expensive. They also broke a piece in my car. Employee told me that the other employee should have never serviced us to begin with and didn’t know what he was talking about. Terrible service.

This is the cleanest Super Walmart I have ever visited. The employees are all very helpful and friendly. It's a longer drive but so worth it.

I usually don't have a problem giving up my receipt to the ppl at the door to walk out. Today I was with one other person so we had two receipts. We had a bunch of pop. So he asked to see the receipt with the pepsi on it because it was on the bottom of the cart. No problem...he looked me dead in my eyes and have a nice day. He didn't read the receipt. Do better!

The People working the Service Center at the Chesterfield store are Amazing! Refunds were handled great and they were very sweet and nice! This is the only store We will shop at!
