Paid $178 for a 5 minute diagnosis for a check engine light. The result was a suggested cost of $450 for something that I declined and was later told wasn't necessary at all if I could live with the engine light staying on. In fact, the engine light is no longer on so I don't even believe there was a real issue to begin with. Then paid $70 for an inspection of the front brakes. The inspection included two photos from the mechanics cellphone. I was told he needed an hour for that. The charge for the front brakes was more than $600. Other places nearby were quoting $400. Tri-Actions response to that was that they were using sub-par parts, shoddy labor, and no warranties....all not true. I left there with zero work completed and a charge of $258 and the feeling that I had just gotten completely screwed over.

I can't say enough good things about all of my experiences with Tri-Action Auto Repair! Trust is extremely important to me, and I totally trust my car in the hands of their excellent mechanics and staff! Tri-Action is everything I look for in an auto repair shop! They provide detailed information, as well as pictures, of the repair work they would recommend. They also have a shuttle service and offer loaner cars! Needless to say, I would highly recommend Tri-Action Auto!

I definitely recommend this shop! Awesome customer service, they are very nice and kept us up to speed on at every step - answered every question right away. They replaced my transmission (and etc) in my Yukon (it was towed in with a bad trans) - Did a quick and amazing job! Health check was very detailed, from my trans to the chip in my front grill's chrome. Will be returning for a few other things in the near future! Thanks so much (From David and Christy)

Very good as usual. I've come here for a long time for auto repairs and oil changes and will continue to do so. The owners are friendly and honest. I REPEAT honest and friendly. The repairs are done correctly. Can't ask for much else!!
