I booked this room my Handicap Mother 1 month in advance. They booked my mother's room to someone that had dogs. This made my mom have to get a different room. They also didn't give my mother a discount like they said they would.

Great service. Room was clean, the front desk receptionist was wonderful, and the Continental Breakfast tasted good. Can't ask for more.
