After unwrapping my boat this year, all my outdrive oil had leaked out. I took it to Sun Up, They said the outdrive nut had come loose, Therefore the oil leaked out. They tightened the nut and put oil in it and charge me $400.
Didn’t even start the boat to test the outdrive to ensure it was functioning properly. I know this because I haven’t used it at all this year. It has sat in my driveway and I went to winterize it today, and the pink fluid is still in the engine. Wow!

Great place to get gas when out on the water. Service is fast and friendly. The store has clean restrooms and a good selection of snacks and drinks.

I was scouring the area for a hard to find manifold for my 1948 Mercruiser 120. One of the staff (Matt) responded to my post on FB and said they just got a salvaged boat in with one.It was Labor Day weekend, Saturday, so he called there to make sure someone would be there to help me when I arrived. Then called me back to confirm. They are only 20 minutes from my home.When I arrived, Nick greeted me. He could not have been more friendly or helpful! He had the manifold waiting in the shop. I examined it and it looked like a match. I mentioned that I had my cracked manifold in my truck and he offered to go get it. When we put them side-by-side, it turned out that there were some very small differences, and his manifold would not work. He then carried it back out to my truck for me. (I've got a bad knee)I really liked Nick and his work ethic, so I asked about cost to repair my outdrive water pump. He started to work out a price off the top of his head, then paused and said, "Let's go ask to be sure." We walked through the shop to the front desk, where I met Mike, who discussed what I needed, and gave me a very reasonable quote.We didn't do business today, but I was very impressed with the work ethic, communication, and friendliness of everyone I met.I won't hesitate to return, and feel confident trusting them with my boat.

Staff made a huge mistake, then told me to come get 125$ check. Once I arrived they yelled at me and gave me no check. What great service, no wonder this place is falling apart

Sun up marina is a joke! Beware! We had our boat there over the winter. It was taken out of storage and my husband unwrapped it, looked at the hours. He gave it to them for an oil change and got it back with 30 extra hours on it! They are denying it and taking absolutely no responsibility. Giving us $120 back from the oil change and told us not to come back. Completely unacceptable!

Left key on my boat. Added 30 hours , never owned up to it, tried to offer me 120$ to shut me up. Wasn’t about the money it’s about them owning up to their mistake
