I have been going to sam' s for years. Her service is awesome! The ladies are so sweet and are very accomodating to my schedule. I will not go any other salon. In fact, all of the ladies have become my friend and have even serviced my daughter and my granddaughter.The salon is a very friendly environment and very relaxing.Services: Gel manicure

Me and my mother walked in and asked for 2 pedicures. And they told us no, they don’t have time while 2 of the women working were sitting on their phones and I simply asked why they have a walk in sign then if they don’t take the walk ins.. and one lady with long hair screamed at my mother and said “BYE!!!!” “LEAVE!!” & we were so schocked.. we will NEVER go here again… for a first time visit this was terrible!!! What a joke. Went in about two weeks ago for my first time to get a full set of acrylics. I have gotten acrylics multiple times before and hadn't for a while because of my job but got them done for a wedding. I have NEVER had any issues when taking my acrylics off and in the past usually can get them off after a week or so. However after getting my acrylics done by "the best" (all my nail tech talked about was how amazing she was and didn't engage in any other conversation with me when I tried) my nails are totally trashed and the thinnest they've ever been. The lady that did my toes however was very nice and did a wonderful job and carried conversation with me and made the rest of my time there pleasant. My finger nails are completely ruined after I had to take them off myself at home using the same technique that nail technicians use to take them off. It was the most painful set of acrylics I have ever had. I am furious with how my nails are and how badly she ruined them.
