“Fantastic service on Feb 15th, 2024. Randy made sure my experience was great and was able to help me upgrade my phone in a way I could afford.
A couple of older ladies came in after I did, while I was out at my car waiting for my phone to transfer all my data. When I came back in, they rudely accused Randy of helping me before them, thinking I had just come in. Randy still acted professionally and explained the situation, but they didn't care to wait 10 extra minutes for some reason.
I definitely recommend this location for any Verizon customers or anyone thinking of switching to Verizon.”

“I’ve been coming to this location for 4 years; And I must say out of all my 45 years of living, London Lamour Is Superior; She is the best damn thing that has happened for this location; From the way she talks to her staff to the way she treats her customers; She’s thorough and passionate. You can truly tell, She love what she does; It’s definitely an experience once you walk through those doors. She got me and my family into fully protected phones , from cases and screen protectors, to fully insuring our phones with the cricket protect plus plan; At a great price. “I visited this store on July 20th as I needed a replacement phone and the reviews were very good for this location.
I was BLESSED to work with Louis who took time not only to present me with options as a replacement phone, but also went over opportunities for my plan and the other phones on our account. He took the time to ensure the new phone was properly set up and even went outside to ensure it hooked up in with my vehicle's bluetooth!!!
All this service was SO above and beyond and I can't recommend this location highly enough!
Louis was an incredible partner in helping me with my selections and upgrades that day and I'm SO GLAD I went out of my way to go to this location!!!
