I needed a key duplicated. The sign at the key duplicating machine said to ask for assistance. The first two employees who I asked pretended not to hear me and kept walking. The third employee glanced at my original key, said it didn't look familiar and walked away. I eventually found help to get the key duplicated . . . down the road at Lumberjack.

Went to this location to make a large purchase on a refrigerator and a washer,dryer and the sales girl had mentioned how she doesn't think we have the best price and that they would honor the price if I went up. We'll come Labor Day the price did go and now the sales girl has no idea who I am and the manager can't "go back and honor" the price like she said they would. You think they would want the sale on a purchase like this. I would not recommend this store. Go to Home Depot.

i purchased mulch, like i do every year at the same store and the same brand. i've never hard any problems in 6 plus years. until now.. the mulch said (red) the same color that i always get. well, in the bag the product looked reddish enough, until i put it down and it dried out .. its was brown with yellow and pinkish red chips mixed in. it looks like sh*t!! i contacted the store and after the clerk talked to the store manager, she informed me that they couldn't do anything to help me and that i would have to contact the manufacturer. well oldcasttle lawn and garden is a distributor. the manufacturer is out of mexico. and oldcasstle when i finally got someone on the phone said "sorry we can't help you" so, that will be the last time i buy their product. not that my $150.00 worth of mulch i buy will put a dent in their business, but now i have to remove their crap tri color mulch and start over, so "f" them..i always am treated very well at the chesterfield lowe's by their employees. but, to not stand behind the products you sell, well, i will think twice before shopping at that lowe's in the future. and that kills me; becuase i love shopping their..

After 16 phone calls and counting (all recorded), Liz at corporate (to paraphrase) said: "I have no record of the phone calls prior to this one, it doesn't matter what Lowes says over the phone calls that you have mp3's of, only the paper document is binding and we ain't fixing your door even tho we've been telling you since June 22 that we are indeed fixing door. I wont help you, have a great day."]

I have worked with a woman named Donna Fulgenti for many years. She is so competent and always listens. She is never pushy. I am not her relative and I didn't grow up with her, I know her only from business transactions. I trust her so much I will just give her my credit card and tell her to pick out the right appliances for my needs. She has always exceeded my expectations.

I went to Lowe's to get mulch. I paid for it and went to loading zone and sat there for 20 minutes no one came out to load. I called Lowe's sat on hold for 20 minutes no one answered. I went back into the garden center and asked if a loader was going to load my order and was told no one was available. I have a back injury from my service in Vietnam so I can't do it myself. I got my money back. I asked to talk to a supervisor none were available. I went to customer service still on hold on my phone. I asked to speak to a supervisor the person at the desk called for one but no one came as I sat there another 15 minutes. While I was sitting at the service desk area the same woman I had talked to finally answered my call. There were three people at the service desk. I was the only one there. They can stand around looking busy but do nothing to help the customers. I left after wasting 45 minutes and left with out the product I went there for. I will never go back to Lowe's again. There should be national customer complaint number but no one would answer it either. If Lowe's looks at customer reviews they should follow up with the customer and make an attempt to do better.

This is one of my favorite Lowe's locations. I mainly come to Lowe's to purchase paint supplied for my furniture to refinish. Home Depot no longer carries a contract with Shermin Williams, therefore no contract with Minwax. They do not carry Minwax Polyacrylic or Polyeurathane anymore. I come to this location to purchase poly for my furniture. They also sell amazing paint, especially Shermin Williams. They do have some paint samples that are on a rack for a cheaper price due to being mixed improperly. The people working at the paint department are always super helpful and knowledgable about the paint department. The employees at this location are always helpful when it comes to asking for guidance. They always lead you in the right direction. They even offer helpful information on how to fix things.

At customer service for 45 minutes now with no help the children working the counter are no help they have called for a manager 5 times they still can not do anything now I am being told the only person that can help me just went to lunch. WTF IS WORONG WITH YOU GUYS.

On 11/13/2020 I noticed quite a few people walking or shopping through the store without masks or even caring to social distance. It was early in day and minimum employees working. No security checking at entrances. Any effort to request to persons without masks were simply ignored even though they had some masks available at front of store. Since Michigan is on verge of lockdown due to highest numbers ever I am very concerned. Maybe just a bad day for them? Would not go there again for awhile though, sorry.

I went in to exchange a broken outlet I purchased. I lost the receipt and paid cash so they couldn't look up the receipt. Apparently you can't do an even exchange for a BROKEN item or get store credit, what?? Renee at the customer service counter was as rude as could be, stating it was on the return policy but it doesn't say that anywhere?? Back to Renee's attitude... When I first approached the counter I explained my situation, she goes "Okay you can tell all this to the cashier" and points at her(she was standing right next to her!) How great of the person who seemed to be in charge of the customer service counter!! I will be calling management and customer service.

The customer service was poor. The employee in hardware was extremely rude. I have been shopping at Lowes loyally for the past 20 years. This 23 mile road store is the worst Lowes I have ever been to.

Roger in appliance was extremely rude and unhelpful, this morning we had stackable washer and dryer delivered, the people that delivered it were sent from Lowes and they were also suppose to install the appliances, however they said they did not know how to do this, I called Lowes and spoke with a staff named Roger he declined to give his last name he told us we would have to hire a plumber, this was a Friday and we had waited 2 weeks for the appliances, he would not help aid us in finding someone to install the appliances, I will never do business with Lowes again, think long and hard before doing business with this store!!!!!!!

Good prices and staff extremely helpful. Thank you to Rocky and Bob. Home Depot always boasts about its staff, but my experience with Lowe's compared to them and Manards is unequal. And to be honest, in a store such as this, knowledgeable staff who can steer your DIY projects in the right direction is a major value.

On a Tuesday morning I went in for ant killer. I was easy to see the best sellers. Those were the ones with no stock on the shelves. High up out of reach were cases of stock for the empty shelves including the product I wanted. I asked for the manager, Scott. I explain my disappointment, but all I received was " I'm so sorry". Many employees standing around but no one filling the shelves. He did not offer to have someone get the product down, but just smiled and repeated "I'm so sorry". Visited Menards and all their shelves were full and they had the product I wanted. Why would I go back to Lowes ?
